Opening of paramedic and midwife stations in the Stanovlyansky district

On December 27, 2019, 3 new modular paramedic and midwifery stations began operating in the Stanovlyansky district: in the village of Uspenskoe, D. Ozerki and S. Semenek.

The event was attended by the first Deputy head of the Health Department of the Lipetsk region Levakova G. N., Head of the administration of the Stanovlyansky municipal district S. A. Nikitin, Co-chairman of the regional headquarters of the ONF in the Lipetsk region, Rodionova E. Yu., chief physician of the Stanovlyansky district hospital Morozova I. I. and other official faces.

Financing of work on the construction of modular paramedic and midwifery stations. Uspenskoe, D. Ozerki and S. Semenek, as well as the purchase of medical equipment and furniture was carried out within the framework of the regional project " Development of primary care health care" of the national project "Health Care" at the expense of the regional budget and amounted to more than 8.5 million rubles for each FAP.

Modular FAPs are made of flat linear collapsible structures in accordance with GOST, applicable standards. rules and regulations. The module frame is assembled from enlarged parts of the frame made in the factory and delivered to the construction site by road. The paramedic-midwifery station is a a building with a 2-pitched metal roof with a closed perimeter, with common engineering systems ensure maximum factory readiness (heating, hot water, sewerage, electric lighting, connection points for external electrical appliances). The project provides for measures to ensure an accessible environment for the disabled: a toilet room is equipped, a ramp and handrails are installed.

In these modular paramedic-midwifery centers, primary pre-medical health care will be provided not only to the residents of the village of Uspenskoe, the village of Ozerki and the village of Semenek, but also to the nearby settlements: the village of Gora, the village of Novospasskoe, the village of Bolshoy Lotoshok, the village of Maly Lotoshok, the village of Zhiloe. Total population served by each FAP there will be more than 200 people, including not only adults, but also children of preschool and school age. Reception they will be led by qualified medical professionals.

The FAP building is equipped with offices for receiving patients by a paramedic and a treatment room. In addition, there is all the necessary equipment for primary health care and emergency care: electrocardiograph 3-6 channel, automatic defibrillator, device for rapid diagnosis of blood sugar, level analyzer blood hemoglobin, rapid cholesterol level analyzer, scales for adults and children, height meter, pulse oximeter, etc.

In 2020, it is planned to connect these paramedic and midwifery points to the Internet. Medical professionals they will work in the regional information and analytical medical system "QUASAR". 

In total, there are currently 2 departments of general medical (family) practice, 17 paramedic-midwifery stations and 14 households in the Stanovlyansky district.
