Infectious diseases doctors were included in the regional list of scarce specialties.
This resolution was signed by the Governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov last week, the document will enter into force after the official publication.
Thanks to this step of the head of the region, infectious diseases doctors can now apply for all measures of social support, which are provided by the law of the Lipetsk region of 30.12.2004 No. 165-OZ " On measures of social support educational, medical, pharmaceutical, social workers, cultural and art workers, veterinary services specialists", namely:
- provision of social benefits for the purchase or construction of housing for doctors of state institutions medical organizations of the region working in the most scarce specialties;
- monthly monetary compensation for the rental (sublease) of residential premises to paramedics of emergency medical services state medical organizations of the region, doctors of regional state institutions health care services located in the territory of the municipal districts of the region, doctors of scarce specialties state medical organizations of Lipetsk, Yelets in the amount of 10-15 thousand rubles;
- social payment in the amount of 1 million rubles – "governor's million" to doctors of state institutions medical organizations of the region, for the first time employed in the territory of the region in the following specialties, referred to as the most deficient regulatory legal act of the regional administration and not having any outstanding obligations. financial obligations under the contract on targeted training with the establishment of the obligation to work in this field the organization for this position is at least 5 years old;
- health workers working in rural areas, including young professionals, monthly expenses for payment of housing and communal services are compensated.
At the moment, the staffing of infectious diseases doctors in outpatient and inpatient units of the Lipetsk region it is 52.8% of the full-time staff.
Recall that all these measures are aimed at eliminating the existing personnel shortage, attracting specialists in the field of the region and their consolidation in the industry.
