"A childhood without danger»

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 of May 7, 2018 "On National Goals and Strategic Objectives for the Development of the Russian Federation" and the implementation of the Road Safety Strategy until 2024, the project "Childhood without Danger" has been implemented in the Lipetsk region since July 2019 in pursuance of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways" and the federal project "Road Safety". The project is being implemented in the Lipetsk Regional Perinatal Center.

In 2019-2020, close cooperation was established between employees of the regional Traffic Police and employees of the Lipetsk Regional Perinatal Center.

Employees of the regional perinatal center have already been trained by professional trainers and received a certificate of confirmation, a profile office with full equipment has been created, in which medical workers conduct trainings with patients. As aids, children's car seats for transporting babies and baby dolls are used, visual materials are demonstrated – presentations, videos, and methodological handouts are actively used.

Classes are held regularly twice a week. So, in 2019, almost 150 expectant mothers were trained, and since the beginning of 2020, 92 pregnant women have already been trained in the GUZ "LOPTS". And now, despite the quarantine measures, realizing the importance of safe transportation of babies, the doctors of GUZ "LOPTS" do not stop preventive consultations for their patients.

During the training sessions, the patients were interviewed about the usefulness of such activities. All of them said that they will definitely buy children's car seats for transporting a child. And this means that the first trips in your life will be safe for kids.
